I am a customer and have been hit by being on lockdown from being unable to work. And I am unhappy with the way brighthouse have continued to harass me over the account I hold. I have made arrangement to make payment and have been making token payment on the account. And I have every brighthouse advisor keep continue to keep calling down my phone. all the time. my resources are exhausted and have to struggle through this lockdown period.
