I ordered a mp3 player many months ago. It was not working so I sent it back. Every time I contact the distributor they say they can not do anything about it, they have not received it. What can be done about this? There must be some insurance you have to cover a lost package.

We are receiving parcels from Amazon which we have not ordered but are addressed to your customers . The couriers just drop them at our address because your post code system has not been updated. Our post code is HR1 but their post code is HR4 it’s about time you updated your system. I have delivered these parcels to the right addresses for months now and still they come! I am not delivering any more for your company so unless you send a courier to pick them up they will stay here. The addresses are on a new estate 1 mile from my home. You have a choice get your system updated or more of your customers will pay for items they will not get. You probably are not concerned about such matters as long as you get your money

Have chainsaw from yourselves via post office.Packaging very damaged and parts have come out of the box in transit.Cannot contact the seller of this item would appreciate a refund or a replacement unit,Have tried to return this package but have been told it comes from China and it’s going to cost about £60 to send back.Would appreciate answer to this e. Mail .Thanks Dave Parratt
