Dear sirs
I had a groupon for breakfast at Cafe Rouge, enroute to Aberdeen we walked into your restaurant at 11:30 to have breakfast.
We were told breakfast stopped at 11? Your website states 12?
This is a formal complaint and very disappointed.

My two daughters took me to Cafe Rouge for my 70th birthday I was so excited. When we arrived there on Sunday 1st March 2020 I asked for a large glass of Rose wine when the waitress brought it I took a sip and said this is warm she said shall I change it, I replied yes please she took it away and brought it straight back topped up with ice, I said it will be like water, which it was., she never offered to do anything about it this made me very disappointed and agitated. Her excuse for warm rose was we are only just loading the fridge. We ordered our meals which were ok we ordered another round of drinks and the waitress said why don’t you try another Rose, why couldn’t she give me alternative for the first glass. The bill was paid which was £90 plus and she didn’t even take the first glass of wine off the bill which was discussing to say the least. We have been to your restaurant many times but never before have we had a cause to complain. The Restaurant was the one in the Mail Box in Birmingham. Look forward to hear from you.

Hello, My daughter gave us a Voucher for Cafe Rouge in Exeter for £75 which we have been unable to use how can we claim back the remaining £38 we are owed buy you.

On visiting 4 11 2020 We had the £10 French Menu.2x Poulet Breton.On the bill we where charged £29 50. Over charged. Told staff the bill looked high. They said it was correct. I have the bill and clearly its not. Now they are closed.
