Dear sirs

I had a groupon for breakfast at Cafe Rouge, enroute to Aberdeen we walked into your restaurant at 11:30 to have breakfast.

We were told breakfast stopped at 11? Your website states 12?

This is a formal complaint and very disappointed.

My two daughters took me to Cafe Rouge for my 70th birthday I was so excited. When we arrived there on Sunday 1st March 2020 I asked for a large glass of Rose wine when the waitress brought it I took a sip and said this is warm she said shall I change it, I replied yes please she took it away and brought it straight back topped up with ice, I said it will be like water, which it was., she never offered to do anything about it this made me very disappointed and agitated. Her excuse for warm rose was we are only just loading the fridge. We ordered our meals which were ok we ordered another round of drinks and the waitress said why don’t you try another Rose, why couldn’t she give me alternative for the first glass. The bill was paid which was £90 plus and she didn’t even take the first glass of wine off the bill which was discussing to say the least. We have been to your restaurant many times but never before have we had a cause to complain. The Restaurant was the one in the Mail Box in Birmingham. Look forward to hear from you.

Hello, My daughter gave us a Voucher for Cafe Rouge in Exeter for £75 which we have been unable to use how can we claim back the remaining £38 we are owed buy you.

On visiting 4 11 2020 We had the £10 French Menu.2x Poulet Breton.On the bill we where charged £29 50. Over charged. Told staff the bill looked high. They said it was correct. I have the bill and clearly its not. Now they are closed.

My son Took me to cafe rouge in Henley for Mothers Dsy breakfast booked table for 10 o clock he arrived on time only to be told table would have to be vacated by 10.50 as booked out again at 11 a.m. if been told beforehand hand table would not have been booked By the time we looked at menu and was served with breakfast we had to go No time for second coffee or anything Never felt so rushed over breakfast At least one and half hours should have been allocated to us or been told beforehand it seemed like sit down eat your breakfast quickly and out Will not recommend a Mothers Day breakfast there.Really a great disappointment for my Mother’s Day treat

Our vouchers are issued automatically and have a 6 month validity.

Please do get back to us when the voucher has expired and I will go ahead an issue a new one providing the one issued has not been redeemed.

Turned up 10 mins late, (policy states that it will be held for 15) for a table and turned away by a HORRIBLE person. Was a dinner for my wedding the day before and she new this. No care; no flexibility. I will never be going again. Ruined the day before my wedding!

Food always mediocre and bland, slap dash approach and an embarrassment to French cuisine:

SORT OUR YOUR STAFFS ATTITUDE. I am sickened!

Hi. I was given a gift card of £40 but the Westbourne cafe rouge has closed down. The nearest is over an hour away. Can I get a refund?
