We were expecting the parcel (weighs 8kg) because FedEx web sites showed the parcel is on their delivery vehicle on November 19, 2012. My wife and son were waiting for the parcel at home from the morning. But their web sites showed the “Customer not available” exception at noon. I called their Customer Services at 12:30pm and asked them to deliver the parcel on the same day. A lady of FedEx called me at 1:30pm, she asked me what time is good for us. I answered that anytime is okay with us since my wife and son are home. At 5:28pm, the lady called me again and said that they cannot deliver the parcel on the day and asked us to pick it up.
I do not think the parcel was really on their delivery vehicle. FedEx is cheater. We paid it for the door-to-door services but they force us to pick up the 8kg parcel. This bad experience tells us that DO NOT use FedEx any more.
Docket No: 782166465541 sent from US by my daughter on 14.01.16 and it has reached Hyd on 18.01.16 and till now it was not delivered at our place and they do not understand the urgency and nobody bothers to deliver the consignment inspite of lot of follow ups. This bad experience tells us that DO NOT use FedEx any more.
Me an my sister have been waiting on a package since last Friday, every time I call to get updates I get a different answer, I even signed up for tracking info thru phn but as of ute morning there has been no updates thy call my house an I hve the direction thy say we know where that is but never show up, thy put in computer that thy came by an no one is home but the truth is someone is home it’s just thy never came to my house, I love ups I have never ever has a problem with them, still waiting on package

FEDEX has the WORST and lest competent Customer Service management staff. Upon calling my first contact was understanding and realized they had errored. However she acknowledged she was unable to resolve and bumped my call up to a CS manager named Danelle. Danelle was totally unable to resolve the issue, claimed she had No authority over the local depot manager, offered no alternatives, claimed she had no superior I could speak with and couldn’t even provide me with an address to send a complaint.
