This is a complaint about Tesco’s Brownhills pharmacy. I have my prescription sent to Tesco’s for convenience, over the past six months I found the staff in the pharmacy to be unhelpful and very surly. This is not the first time I’ve complained about the staff. I ordered my prescription from my GP, and you used to send me a text to say when my prescription was due, this service has now stopped! Today the 6th of June I’ve got to the end of my rope. I now find that the pharmacy is shut between one and two every day. I got there three minutes after 1 o’clock to be told that they wouldn’t be serving me at all until 2 o’clock and made a special journey and now I’m out of medicine I cannot come back at 2 o’clock because I have to be somewhere else, I find the service at his pharmacy wanting and I’m very unhappy with the staff. Who think just because they work in a pharmacy they believe they are superior. I am fed up with this attitude! I probably will never deal with this pharmacy again unless something is done about the attitude of the Staff.
