After numerous unsuccesful attempts to log into pounds to pocket account i email numerous time to recitify this with no luck. I then recieved an email to say after apply with pounds to pcoket i have been unsuccessful. I did not apply for a loan nor did i even log into my account. I email my disatifaction and recieved a reponse. To say my complaint was closed and someone had tried to contact me. (I had recieved no call nor did i recieved an out of officer.) The explanation i recieved was that when i logged into my account (which i did not) the systerm began to run checks on me and this is the reason i was unsuccesfull. I responded to say i was unhappy with this response as i did not log into my account and i did not update my details. I feel totally distressed i am going to be appling for a mortgage and feel this black mark on my credit history could prevent me. I have recieved no emails back from the cowboy company and i have also emailed to request a copy of my file, which i should recieved under the data protection act, i have recieved no emails or phone calls.

Same thing happen to me,I had 3 loans with them with I have paid in full months earlier then I logged in to my account and without submitting any application for new loan I got declined.how can you decline me without sending an application,now the left a bad mark on my credit rating and I do not know what to do.My advice avoid them at all cost when you call them you call get diverted from Uk to USA and I am not sure if they are allowed to operate in Uk.

But before doing this, it is strongly recommended
to research concerning the available options. One should not thoroughly dependent upon Light pay loan because it is a vicious circle if trapped
it can lead to serious financial implications.
In addition try to compose a list of most your properties that can be
used as collateral.
